Intervention rapide et très professionnelle ! Je suis tombée en panne et le dépannage a été effectué en un temps record. Les Secrétaires sont sympathiques, rassurantes et souriantes. Le garage a su réparer mon véhicule rapidement avec des explications claires et des tarifs honnêtes.
Je recommande sans hésiter ce garage pour leur sérieux et leur réactivité !

Unsere große Rundreise Frankreich/Spanien/Portugal wurde schnell unterbrochen; Temperatur in unserem Hymer Wohnmobil ging hoch . Schnelle Hilfe durch den ADAC: sie schickten uns zum Glück den lieben Antoine, er hat uns fachmännisch abgeschleppt und hat in seiner Werkstatt festgestellt, dass unsere Wasserpumpe defekt war. Eine neue bestellt und am nächsten Tag noch bis 20.00 Uhr eingebaut. Wir durften auf seinem Gelände übernachten. Super nett haben wir mit Händen und Füßen und mittels Übersetzer geredet 😁. Alles toll gemacht und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnus war top👍👍. Herzlichen Dank für alles ! Willi und Moni

Gebe ich sofort 5 Sterne. Haben uns gestern in einer Notdienst Situation sehr geholfen und haben den Trailer notdürftig repariert damit er in die heimatwekstatt kommen kann. Kurz schnell und normaler Preis was Frankreich abgeht. Top Werkstatt. 😊

Dreadful experience with this company, turned up to change a tyre on my van, didn't have the correct tools to undo the wheel nuts and blamed me for fitting them (even though it was done by the local garage) saying "STUPID ENGLISH" even though im Welsh .. saying ot cant be done and swearing the whole time. After o pointed out he could do it with a 1/2" rather he tried all sorts of ways putting himself and my van at risk. After 40mins of profanities he threw all his stuff in the van and when I asked will you be back just said no.. and left. Following moring they were due to arrive between 8-9am the same company arrived at 12am (slightly late !!) Again with the incorrect tools to undo the wheel nuts.. he was trying to fit a 22mm on a 21mm bolt head which he was working on the following day !! Again obviously couldn't do it told us to drive to his garage with a defective tyre some 35mins away which we had to do.. when we got there he had finally bought himself a new 21mm socket which low and behold worked !! Shocker..Again he was still rude and cheesed off, dropped my 5ton camper off the jack with a loud thump and let us go. I wish to never cross this rude guy and his business again. Ive raised a formal complaint with the insurance company aswell to avoid using him further.

Your engineer may have come with heavy haulage equipment but he did not have the correct size socket i.e. a 21mm and as a result his constant swearing and moodiness is not my issue and totally unprofessional which you witnessed whilst sat in his truck watching the 2nd time,when he returned the following day yet again he failed to bring the correct size socket (youd thought he'd learnt this from the previous day) and yet persisted with his swearing and attempting to use a 1/2" drive socket which was never going to work hence the pictures. What done my head is was that when I was getting my documents out of the van he dropped my 6ton motorhome fast off the jack which caused it to crash down with me inside hence me shouting "what the hell"
The owner who attended (Boss) needs to learn to treat customers correctly his manners are bang out of order and his constant swearing not helping to an already stressful situation. Yes we were on a campsite but due to leave to catch the ferry the following morning, had your engineer bothered to have the correct tooling it would've been rectified alot sooner.
